Wednesday Night Fun at Apollo!

There is always time to register!  We currently meet Wednesday evenings from 6- 8 PM  August 31st to May 17th, 2023.  AWANA is for children ages 3-5 and grades K-6th grade.  Your child will have a great time learning about Jesus with fun activities and games!

The registration fee for the entire year is $20 for 1 child with discounts on additional children.  Please note the book and uniform fees include all entrance booklets, class books, awards, jewels, emblems and patches your children will be earning and receiving this year!

​PREPARING CHILDREN TO SURVIVE IN TODAY’S WORLD
We are engaged in an epic battle for the hearts and minds of our youth. Every day, they’re bombarded with lies about who they are, who their Creator is, and where their salvation comes from. Thankfully, God has given his children armor to wear in this battle between truth and lies, light and darkness, good and evil.

With this VBS, your kids will learn how they can be part of God’s kingdom through salvation in his Son and will be equipped with the armor of God to become Keepers of the Kingdom and stand strong in today’s battle for truth.

Pastor Gary Derbyshire will be leading an adult class.  Please let us know if you need childcare for children 4 and under if you are attending the adult class.

Current Preaching Series

There are a lot of opinions about what true strength looks like in this world. Many people think being strong means you’re tall and ripped. Many people think being strong means you always get your way. Many people think being strong means you have a lot of confidence. Others think it means you are successful and have lots of money. Our world believes strength comes from ourselves, but the Bible tells us it comes from elsewhere. Really, true strength comes from loving and obeying God. Let us draw near to God this season as we study the life of Solomon and learn what it means to truly be strong!
